Our Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

We want for you to love your LA Relaxed garments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please submit your request to customerservice@larelaxed.com.

A customer service representative will review your request, and if approved, will issue an RA number (Return Authorization Number). Please mark the outside of your returning package with this return authorization so that we are able to process your request in a timely manner.

Apparel can be exchanged within 10 business days after you receive your order.
After 10 days we will offer store credit for any returned merchandise.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and include all original tags and packaging.

Please note that all sale items are ARE FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to either your credit card or PayPal account. Customers will be notified via email once we’ve received and processed your returning item(s). LA Relaxed is not responsible for tracking your credit with your financial institution, please give the process up to five (5) business days to arrive to your account.
