OUR RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
We will gladly refund, exchange or replace your item within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be new and unwashed, unaltered, and free from odor and dirt with original tags intact. A refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to approval by our Customer Service Department.
If the 30-day deadline has passed, or your return does not meet the above requirements, and you still need to return or exchange your items, give us a call or send us an email and our customer service team will work with you to resolve your issue.

Once you submit your request via the portal, you will have the option to select a return, choose your refund method, download a label, and leave any notes regarding exchanges. IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE PLEASE PROCEED WITH THE RETURN AND NOTE YOUR PREFERRED EXCHANGE COLOR AND SIZE IN THE COMMENT BOX. You will be able to track your return once you receive email confirmation.
